Project overview
Alberta Blue Hydrogen Hub produces low-carbon hydrogen from natural gas with integrated carbon capture and sequestration, supplying regional industrial and transport demand.
The project leverages existing pipeline corridors, depleted gas reservoirs for CO₂ sequestration, and anchor offtake from a regional fertilizer and refining cluster.
Investment highlights
- Integrated carbon capture with verified sequestration
- Industrial offtake anchors reduce merchant risk
- Eligible for clean hydrogen production tax credits
